When to Horne’s at the corner of US 301 and US 17 to meet Kermit for breakfast. He’s 12 weeks out from his shoulder reconstruction and starting to ride again. Straight out and back run.

Trying some 93 octane gas. Scott says his bike gets better mileage with 93; I’ve been using non-ethanol 89 and 90 when I can find it, and regular 87 or 89 when I can’t. You’d think the old bike with the lower compression ratio would be fine with lower-octane gas, but Scott’s anecdotal evidence was convincing enough for me to at least give it a shot.
