There is a concrete slab on the route with a dangerous growth of algae across it. Please be aware and be careful.

This GS route is a great combination of scenic paved, tar & chip and gravel/ dirt roads. In fact, the paved sections also run some of the best sections as our Tennessee Curves day ride. So keep those tire pressures up and make sure to use the road modes if your motorcycle has them.

This route takes you through the beautiful hollows and ridges of Jackson County. There are two recommended stops for food, the Sutton General Store in Granville and The Stolen Coin restaurant on the square in Gainesboro.

While the off road sections are appropriate for novice adventure riders, we know some you may be wanting more of a challenge. The thing is, there is not much in this part of the state without doing a long stint of pavement.

However, we do have a more challenging alternate section to this route.
